Privacy notice

SHOPERIX TECHNOLOGIES INC., operating in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for this site. Contact privacy@shoperix.ca with privacy questions or requests. This notice concerns the information site; it does not describe an operating shopping account or search service.

Contact links open your own email application. This information page does not submit a contact form to our server or send email automatically. If you choose to send an email, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and other information you include. Google Workspace is our corporate email provider; contact and support correspondence may be received and processed through Google Workspace.

Contact information is used to respond to the request and meet applicable obligations. Access should be limited to the people handling the enquiry and the service providers needed to deliver and protect communications. Do not include information that is unnecessary to your request.

Vercel is the hosting and platform provider for this corporate website. It may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, as necessary to provide, secure and operate the hosting service. Emails sent directly to our Google Workspace mailboxes are not submitted through the website to Vercel. The site has no account registration, purchasing, advertising analytics or tracking-cookie analytics. It uses no analytics cookies or third-party scripts, and the initial launch will not add tracking analytics.

Contact and support correspondence is retained for up to six months after the last interaction related to the request and is then deleted. We may retain it longer only when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

You may ask about access to or correction of your information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion subject to applicable obligations. Send requests or concerns to privacy@shoperix.ca. We may need appropriate verification before disclosing personal information.

Google Workspace provides corporate email, Vercel provides website hosting, and Neon provides Shoperix database infrastructure. The Shoperix production database is hosted in AWS US East 2 (Ohio), United States. Ordinary corporate email is handled through Google Workspace, not stored in Neon as part of this corporate website. Some of our service providers and their subprocessors may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where they operate. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. You can contact privacy@shoperix.ca with any questions about this.
